# Make Your Horse

Before you enter, you make your soul.

## Form

Choose to wake as a **horse** or a **human**. This is the one choice you cannot take back: once you cross into the shared world, your form is yours for good. Your companion is always the other kind.

## Look

Pick a **coat**, a **mane**, and a **face marking**. This is just how you look. It does not change how you play.

## Starting stats

You get a handful of points to spend across five stats:

- **Speed** moves you and gathers faster.
- **Resistance** is more health and less damage taken.
- **Power** works the tougher nodes and pulls more from them.
- **Wits** sharpen what you craft.
- **Stamina** is your pool for running and working, and how fast it comes back.

Spend them how you want to play, and you earn more as you level.
